Actualis\u00e9s annuellement, ils sont constitu\u00e9s des fichiers fonciers num\u00e9riques litt\u00e9raux des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s b\u00e2ties (locaux) et non b\u00e2ties (parcelles), propri\u00e9taires, lots locaux, et propri\u00e9t\u00e9s divis\u00e9es en lots (copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du mill\u00e9sime au <strong>1er avril 2024 <\/strong>du <strong>PCI <\/strong>(Plan Cadastral Informatis\u00e9), actualis\u00e9 4 fois par an, issu de la num\u00e9risation des plans papiers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es du cadastre sont t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeables par commune au format SIG (shapefile) et DAO (dwg) dans <a href=\"https:\/\/geo.creilsudoise.fr\/geonetwork\/srv\/fre\/catalog.search#\/search?any=cadastre\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/geo.creilsudoise.fr\/geonetwork\/srv\/fre\/catalog.search#\/search?any=cadastre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le catalogue de donn\u00e9es<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La mise \u00e0 jour 2024 du cadastre est effective dans l&rsquo;ensemble des applications et ressources du portail G\u00e9oSudOise.
